DELIVERY
Your order will be securely packaged and at present delivery is only available within the UK.
Please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. Depending on stock availability, your mat may have to be made to order and the various stages take time to process.
Times of dispatch for original bespoke goods will vary as I will need to discuss your requirements.
RETURNS
Please notify me of damage within 72 hours of receipt of your order, email me a photograph of the problem and include your address and telephone number. I will of course offer to replace or refund you. I regret I am unable to refund the cost of returning any goods or cancelled orders.
